SUBCONSCIOUS IMPRINTING TECHNIQUE
You know those self-limiting beliefs that we have on repeat in our heads? The patterns we keep noticing pop-up and that JUST CANNOT SEEM TO STOP? The decisions we make seemingly without thinking? That recurring memory that gnaws at you?
Our subconscious is programmed - mostly before the age of 7 - by our life experiences, the influential people around us, the things we hear and are taught, the trauma (of any size) that we endure.
These scripts determine not only our thoughts, our feelings, and our choices, but all of these play out in our physical bodies. As Candace Pert says, “Your mind is in every cell of your body.”

Subconscious Imprinting Technique is a science-based healing system designed to uncover and release repressed emotions and unresolved trauma that's contributing to chronic discomfort (physical, mental, emotional, and/or spiritual) in your life.

What Happens in a
There are 4 steps your practitioner will go through during a S.I.T. session. S.I.T. can be done in-person AND online. CURRENTLY, ALL SESSIONS ARE ONLINE via Zoom.
REASON: You and me, your practitioner, will get clarity on the Reason for your session and what you're looking to achieve. I ask some questions, you tell me a bit of your story.
REVEAL: Through conversation and/or muscle testing, your body will Reveal the roots of the disharmony or dis-ease you're experiencing in your physical, emotional or spiritual life. Trust me - you and your body (mind, and spirit) already know this deep within. I am a guide, or a conduit, for this wisdom deep inside.
REPROGRAM: A root of your disharmony, dysfunction or dis-ease is often a hidden belief or decision you made due to a specific life event, experience, trauma or influence.
Once the root-cause has been revealed, I will guide you through a specific process that will uncover the patterns that are limiting you, and Reprogram the subconscious mind with new ones.
New empowering beliefs and decisions are imprinted to create new outcomes that align with the life, emotions, health and actions you desire. Think of it like a "software" upgrade!
RESTORE: Now that the "software" that's been running subconsciously has been reprogrammed, you're like a computer that's been Restored to its original settings. Think of it like erasing your computer of the viruses, and installing new apps that are way cooler and more aligned with who you want to become.
You’ve released baggage you may not have even realized you’ve been carrying, and you’ll notice magnificent change in your physical life begin to unfold. (It may unfold over days, weeks, months to come! So many "holy $h!t" moments to come!)
While one session will be incredibly valuable, I recommend committing to at least 3, depending on the outcomes you're looking to achieve.
