Meet Jenn

My curiosity in humankind, search for depth and meaning, spirituality, intuitive gifts, and my analytical mind have led me down the never-ending path of whole health and healing. Interweaving the big picture and the intricate details, theory and practical reality, and every level of our Be-ing is what I do best. Through yoga, meditation, breath-work, self-inquiry, lifelong study, and the drive towards growth, I have gradually carved out practices, modalities, habits, and rituals that I work and rework to lead a meaningful life, with ease. Empowering you with these tools and the awareness that you have it all within you is my mission. 

I have been teaching yoga and meditation since 2006 in studios, schools, private residences, and corporations. In addition to being a yogini, I am a mother, a trained naturopathic doctor, an intuitive healer, a certified S.I.T. (Subconscious Imprinting Technique) practitioner, an artist, and a queer, multiracial lioness.

My classes and offerings respect the differences in our bodies, our goals, our backgrounds, our stories. I fuse science and art, anatomy and energy, Eastern and Western philosophy. I acknowledge the rich and wise roots of yoga and offer up my own extensive experience with holistic health. Awareness is my medicine. We have the power to reclaim our bodies and selves, restore balance, and revive our lives. My classes and offerings are each designed to leave you strong, aligned, grounded, and connected to your Self. My mission, with every offering, is to empower You. You have it all in you. Let me show you.

Personal yoga sessions give you the attention you need to develop a new practice or further develop an existing yoga practice. We have the freedom to customize the practice to meet your body's needs and your unique goals.


We set weekly and monthly intentions and goals, motivate each other, and witness our growth. Work with Jenn at one of the studios she teaches at in the Lower Mainland or bring her in for private group sessions.
